Since 2004 STREUfex bedding has been used successfully around the world. Utilising product imported from Europe, sucessful trials were completed with numerous Australian trainers and studs during 2007. Following the success of these trials, a production facility was committed to in Finley, NSW. Since the commissioning of this plant in September 2008, STREUfex is being supplied across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore with thousands of horses currently using the bedding.

International Trainiers using STREUfex include Kieran McLaughlin, Angel Penna, Rick Violette, Steve Carr, William Cheny, John Carrity, Ian Wilkes, Brian Lynch and Carl Nafzger (trainer of Kentucky Derby winner 'Street Sense' - who has been exclusively bedded on STREUfex) Like Shocking, he originally suffered from the same allergies to wood shavings. Both horses are by Street Cry.
